Assima Ltd. opens its first subsidiary in France

Assima has created Assima France, an SAS company with 100,000 Euro of capital, based in Paris. This is the first subsidiary opened by Assima.

Eric Duneau, Magaging Director of Assima Ltd, has appointed Germain Bourgeois to head up Assima France. Mr Bourgeois has a strong track record with the financial community, a deep knowledge of the Training - Learning industry, and years of experience working with large integrators which represent Assima's major partners in France for accelerating the access to market.

Eric Duneau said:

"Although we had to win our first clients alone when we were not yet recognized on the market, our success enabled us to attract a significant number of partners in France. The last three years, I have setup agreements with more than 20 companies dealing with Training for Large accounts in France.

It has now become obvious we need to be looking after partners and clients locally, and Assima France will provide this local sales capability and technical expertise.

Germain is the best possible Country Manager for Assima France, and we are delighted to have been able to attract him in our ambitious project. He is the kind of guy capable of doubling our revenue each year for the foreseable future."
