Assima Ltd today announced that it has acquired DACG Ltd in a transaction that consolidates two businesses with different focuses within the same market niche; Change Management and Software Simulation Solutions on complex business applications.

The combination of Assima and DACG creates a perfect mix between skills,
product and services, market coverage (DACG's strong presence in UK and
Germany; Assima's strong presence in Benelux, France, and starting in the
USA), and localisation of Headquarters (London). Both organisations compliment each other without a single overlap.

Announcing the acquisition, Eric Duneau, Managing Director of Assima Ltd, said;
