Assima Ltd. Acquires SystemLink Inc. and Opens its North American Headquarters

Further to the recent acquisition of DACG Ltd in Europe, Assima continues to expand and build its network of subsidiaries giving it this time a direct access to the US market. SystemLink operates as two divisions: Documentation & Training, (D&T) managed by Tom Brown, and Learning & Performance (L&P) managed by Steve Bradley. The management in place in both divisions will not be changed.

Eric Duneau, now President of SystemLink said:

Although we have not worked in the past with SystemLink, the synergies are already very strong, as most of SystemLink's employees are also ex-DACG USA employees.
